I would have never ordered my wedding bouquets from here if it wasn’t for Sandy. She is sweet, kind hearted, and makes you feel good about buying flowers from here. Now Kelly on the other hand is absolutely terrible. Anytime Kelly would answer the phone I would just hang up and try to call later to talk to someone else. Kelly is very rude on the phone. Whenever I had questions she would sounds annoyed to be on the phone to do her job. When I came to pick up my flowers she had an attitude. Kelly should not be talking to customers at all. But the flowers are absolutely beautiful. I would buy from here again but request to never speak with Kelly.

I ordered flowers for my mother’s retirement and decided to let the team design the bouquet rather than going with a pre-selected option. They truly went above and beyond! The arrangement was absolutely stunning, and the communication throughout the delivery process was top-notch. To top off an already incredible experience, one of the team members gave me a personal call after delivery to give me an update which was so kind and thoughtful of her. Thank you so much for making my mom’s special day so memorable!

We live in Wisconsin now and needed to quickly send flowers to a family member in Youngsville. I Googled and quickly picked Spedale's based on their high Google reviews. That ended up being a great choice! When no one was home, they called and rerouted the flowers to a different address because they didn't want to leave white flowers in the sun on a warm day. Greatly appreciated their exceptional service! Also, there email tracker to see when flowers are out for delivery and delivered is very nice. Thanks again for such a quick turnaround on a gorgeous arrangement!

I don't like being last minute with things, but I ended up being last minute getting my son a coursage for his prom. They did an amazing job with this beautiful coursage that was just perfect.
